What is the LUVO

ROTARY AIR PREHEATER, called LUVO or RAPH for short, is a movable heat exchanger in which heat exchange takes place through sheet metal packages placed in the rotating rotor. These packages take over heat from the exhaust gases from the boiler and transfer it to the air involved in the combustion process.

Thanks to the use of LUVO, the boiler efficiency increases by 1% for every 15-25 degrees Celsius increase in air temperature behind LUVO.

Due to its compact design and low sensitivity to corrosion, it is used in most power boilers, regardless of the type of fuel.
