About us

The ROTOR company was established in 1995. We focus our activities mainly on services related to rotary air preheaters, called LUVO or RAPH for short. Our scope of activity includes the production of spare parts, including heating baskets, renovations and modernizations, as well as the design and delivery of new LUVOs.

We have modernized and renovated over 200 LUVOs in heat and power plants and power plants in Poland, Finland, the Czech Republik and Hungary, and designed, delivered and installed some new LUVOs.

We have developed a number of our own solutions, including: tracking systems for the position of radial wings and solutions improving seals, bearings and drives.

In 2013, we moved to our own headquarter in Motycz near Lublin, and in 2018, the sole proprietorship under the name ROTOR Zakład Mechaniki Maszyn Ryszard Walczak was transformed into ROTOR Zakład Mechaniki Maszyn Company Ltd., with a share capital of EUR 0,47 million.
