Rotary air preheaters

Our company provides services mainly related to rotary air preheaters, which are auxiliary devices for power boilers

The ROTOR company was established in 1995. We focus our activities mainly on services related to rotary air preheaters.

We have modernized and renovated over 200 LUVOs in heat and power plants in Poland, Finland, Czechia and Hungary

We have been operating as a company for 29 years. In March 2005, we introduced the certified Quality Management System

About us

In 2013, we moved to our own headquarter in Motycz near Lublin

The new building includes office rooms and a warehouse-workshop hall. The construction was carried out with the support of European funds under the "Creation and development of micro-enterprises" action

Assessment of the technical condition of LUVO
We assess the technical condition of LUVO based on a local inspection and information obtained from the Client. Then we present an offer containing primarily: the scope of work to be performed, costs and implementation time.

Project execution
After receiving the order, we complete the project. We work with 3D software, which allows us to eliminate design errors.

Production and delivery of elements
We produce and supply elements for the renovation or modernization of LUVO, primarily seals and heating baskets. Our products meet the requirements of the ISO quality standard and the Machinery Directive.

Assembly work
Assembly work on the facility is carried out by our own team with many years of experience, with appropriate qualifications and training. These works are always performed under the supervision of an experienced works manager.

Service
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for LUVOs we have renovated and modernized. In the event of a failure, we respond immediately to the notification received from the customer.
