Who is the personal data administrator?
The administrator of personal data of the website Rotor Zakład Mechaniki Maszyn Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator), i.e. the entity responsible for ensuring the security of your personal data is:

We would like to inform you that providing personal data is completely voluntary.
For what purposes and for what period do we process your personal data and to whom do we share it?
Personal data, i.e. data provided by you in connection with the use of our services, will be:
1. store on our server and/or an external server;
2. shared with you when you use our website;
3. use for profiling (we write about profiling later in the information);
4. use to secure your rights as a party to the contract, for example, handling a submitted complaint;
5. use for marketing activities, for example to send you our commercial information (does not apply to persons under 18 years of age) - sending such information electronically is only possible if you have consented to it (also applies to persons under 18 years of age);
6. use to issue a sales document;
7. store in documentation (electronic or paper) for the execution of contracts, accounting and tax;
8. transfer to the following entities: our subcontractors, companies providing us with marketing, IT, accounting, legal, debt collection, payment, banking and other services supporting our activities and requiring such transfer;
9. use for the possibility of pursuing claims by you or us;
10.use to create summaries, analyzes and statistics for our internal needs, in particular reporting, marketing research, planning the development of sales of goods and services, development work in IT systems, creating statistical models.
We may process this data for the above purposes, as it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g. settlements with contractors, tax obligations), conduct marketing and statistical activities, which is in our economic interest, as well as defend our rights arising from from the contract concluded with you.
We will delete the above data within 3 months from the end of the last processing purpose for which it was used. In the meantime, we will stop processing it for the following purposes on the following dates:
1. data used to perform the concluded contract are subject to cessation of processing for this purpose within 3 months from the implementation or other termination of the contract;
2. data processed for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligation shall be subject to cessation of processing within 3 months from the expiry of this obligation;
3. data processed for the purpose of defending our legal interest are subject to cessation of processing within 3 months of the cessation of the legal interest in processing, and data used to determine the possibility of pursuing claims by you or us are subject to cessation of processing within 3 months of the limitation period for your claims or within 3 months from the expiration of our claims - whichever is later;
4. data used for our marketing activities are subject to cessation of processing within 18 months from their last use (this does not apply to situations where you have expressly consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes);
5. data used for the purposes of correspondence on specific matters are subject to cessation of processing within 3 months from the last correspondence in the matter;
6. data used to provide you with commercial information electronically (if you have consented to it) shall be processed within 60 months from the last contact with you.
What rights do you have in relation to our processing of your personal data?
At any time you have the right to:
1. rectification (correction) of incorrect data or supplementation of data;
2. limiting processing (suspending data operations or not deleting data - according to the submitted request);
3. access to data (including: information about the data we process, processing purposes, data recipients or categories of recipients) and receiving a copy of the data;
4. transferring data to another data controller;
5. deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten) if any of the circumstances described in Art. 17 section 1 letter a to f GDPR with the exceptions described in Art. 17 section 3 GDPR.
You can exercise these rights by submitting an application electronically at: biuro@rotor.lublin.pl or in any other way.
To ensure that you are eligible to submit an application, we may ask you to provide additional information to enable us to authenticate the applicant. The scope of each of these rights and the situations in which they can be exercised result from legal provisions. The rights you can exercise will depend, for example, on the legal basis for our use of your data and the purpose of their processing. This means that in some cases we may refuse to accept your request. In such cases, we will explain the reasons for our decision and provide you with the legal basis for it. In each case, we will immediately provide you with the necessary explanations and assistance in exercising your rights.
The right to object
Regardless of the rights listed above, you may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. After accepting a request in this matter, we are obliged to stop processing data for this purpose. How do we protect your personal data?
The most important elements of the personal data protection system include:
Only those employees of ROTOR ZAKŁAD MECHANIKI MASZYN SP. have access to your personal data. Z O.O., who have been trained in accordance with the personal data security policy and have signed appropriate obligations obliging them to protect them.
