Heating baskets

We offer:

  • design of heating baskets: selection of filling profile (DU, FNC, NF, UNF), selection of filling material (DC01, CORTEN, enameled steel, stainless steel)
  • production of heating baskets,
  • replacement of heating baskets
  • hydrodynamic washing of heating baskets.

Factors influencing the selection of heating baskets are: temperature and chemical composition of exhaust gases, exhaust gas stream, air stream, permissible flow resistance through LUVO, required resistance to corrosion, erosion and contamination.
